I want to make like a home lighting theatre! Using processing i want the codes to detect the Screen’s RGB colors and arduino LED’s to respond to the rgb colors of the screen.

I want to create something for my final that integrates music and sound, and this was my inspiration. In the you tube video, the bread board shows through light the the beats and pitches of the music. I would like it to show the beats of any song played if i am able to firgure out the code for that, otherwise just the code for a single song!

My kit was acting weird/I didn’t know what I was doing so I wired the speaker to the bread board(?) to get it to play. There was a tutorial online that helped me write a song, and I did part of the James Bond theme. Continue reading →

So for my final project, I wanted to combine a psychical aspect along with lighting and sound. What I would like to do is to create a little toy that when first looked upon it looks like a nice little boy, but then when you press it, scary music goes off and a light inside of the toy will reveal a scary  face.
